Licensed by the Football Association, we work
in conjunction with football clubs and agents in both Europe and
Japan to provide support, consultancy, and brokering for professional
footballers.
During the 2001/2 season we were contracted with Arsenal
FC to provide interpreting, cultural support, media support, and
general pastoral care for Japanese world cup star Junichi Inamoto.
In July 2001 Inamoto signed from Gamba Osaka and became the first
ever Japanese player to play for a top Premier League club.
We also
supported Japanese national keeper Yoshikatsu Kawaguchi whilst he
was in England and brokered his transfer to play in the Danish SuperLiga.

We work in partnership with some of England
and Japan's largest sports media groups. During the World Cup 2002,
we were contracted with ITV Sport, working alongside Ron Atkinson,
Graham Taylor, Jim Rosenthal and John Barnes, providing fixing and
co-ordination services for their coverage of the England team.
We
also work closely with publications such as Sports Graphic Number
and World Soccer Magazine providing articles and photographs on
the Premier League. In addition, we support Japanese broadcast companies,
arranging interviews with football celebrities and facilitating
TV broadcast of the Premier League in Japan. Barefoot has interviewed
and coordinated interviews with most of the top names in football
including Michael Owen, David Beckham, Frank Lampard, Arsene Wenger,
Alex Ferguson, Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry.
